About us
Two Decades of Pilot Dreams
From a two-aircraft flying club to one of the region's most trusted academies — this is the Altavera story.
Our story
A Flying Club That Grew Wings
Altavera began in 2004 with two trainers, a borrowed hangar and a simple belief: great pilots are taught, not born. Today our graduates fly for regional carriers, charter operators and air-ambulance services on three continents.
What never changed is the way we teach — small groups, instructors who know your name, and aircraft maintained in our own hangar to airline standards.
What we believe
Values That Keep Us Level
Safety Above All
Every lesson starts with a briefing and ends with a debrief. Our safety record is the foundation every graduate carries into the cockpit.
Teaching That Fits You
Evening theory, weekend flying, accelerated tracks — your instructor builds the schedule around your life, not the other way round.
Airline-Ready Habits
Checklists, crew discipline and glass-cockpit flows from day one, so your first airline simulator session feels like a homecoming.
